Love this app! I love that the workouts repeat, adding weight each time and my favorite part is that Cara shows you how to do the exercise. It’s not like a class that you have to keep on – you can listen to your own music and put your device down! Watch her do the exercise once, and take your time doing it. No class to keep up with, and pick your own music! Also keeps track of your weight for you.
Changed my life
I’ve been using Burn for almost a year now, and it has truly been the best fitness app for me. I’m currently pregnant with my fourth baby, and having Burn has made it so much easier to stay active and consistent through every season of life. The workouts are flexible, motivating, and easy to follow, and I love that I can adapt them to my energy levels. Burn has helped me stay committed to my health while balancing motherhood, and I couldn’t recommend it enough!
best pregnancy program
I am pregnant with my second baby and this program is hands down the best, easy to use, and most accessible workout plan I’ve used while pregnant. The exercises are safe yet challenging, and there is room for progressive overload and growing in your strength as the weeks go on. I absolutely love it and will stay in shape this pregnancy because of it!

I love this app! It is very easy to use. I love that there are so many different types of workouts depending on what you want to work on. When I do these workouts, I am so sore. I can definitely feel the burn!!! I would highly recommend!
Always a Burner
I’ve used Burn for sometime now and I really like the ease of having my planned workouts with progressive overload built in. I’ve seen results in my body composition, in my weight increases, and I truly just appreciate how I can click and play and get a good 45min workout in that kicks my butt nearly every single time.

Perfect for moms
I downloaded the app out of curiosity and even with no experience lifting weights and being 16 weeks pregnant, there was a program that worked for me. I was able to try all the movements on my own and get a great workout. This app is exactly what I needed and would work well for every mom I know.
Workouts that push me!
I’m loving this app. I’ve used another app for about a year and was needing some change. After following Cara for a few years, I wanted to give her program a try because she looks so good and she’s always saying she uses her app. Now I get why she looks so good! Honestly, these workouts are SO good! They push me to do more than I would on my own. I have felt so strong and empowered after every workout. I just signed up for the year subscription to get the discount because I want to stick with her programming for at least that amount of time. I’m looking forward to see the results.

As a busy mom of 4 young kids, I didn’t want to have to think of one more thing by coming up with my own workputs. I’ve followed Cara for years and finally decided to give Burn a try. I love this app. It is so easy to follow along. I love how I just open it up and each day my workout is ready to go. The videos of each move are also super helpful, and it doesn’t hurt that each workout is fun and different. You’ll never get bored while you burn calories and get fit!
Best Fitness App I’ve Used!
I’m on my first week with the Burn app and I am loving it! I’ve been consistently lifting weights for about a year now and don’t really get sore muscles anymore until this. The workouts are different than what I’m used to, I could barely get out of bed after the core workout. I feel more motivated with this app than any other workout plans I’ve used, so excited to keep going!
Actual results
I’ve tried other programs and nothing gives results like the Burn App. It’s easy to use, has great programs and you can get them done quick and get a great workout. 10/10
