Lately I have been lovinggg cable workouts for upper body. It’s such a good way to change things up from dumbbell or barbell work! Give this upper body circuit a try and let me know what you think babes!

I will be the first to admit I didn’t see the draw when it came to working out consistently as a parent…but boy oh boy how the times change. 😂 I love my kiddos, but it feels SO good to dedicate just a sliver of my day to myself to get movement in and tune out the world!
Something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is the phrase “bounce back” when it comes to women’s bodies after pregnancy. 
I don’t hate it… but I don’t love it. 
Because the truth is, our bodies are never going to be exactly the same after pregnancy — and that’s more than okay. We created whole human beings!! 👏
But I also know firsthand that losing weight, building muscle, and getting into the best shape of your life is absolutely possible after kids. 
So if bouncing back is no more, what do we call getting back in shape? Well if you’ve tried the Burn App, you know our model is built on progressive overload, designed to have you leveling up to harder exercise variations and progressions…
So why don’t we call it exactly that? We’re leveling up after pregnancy, not bouncing back. 😉❤️‍🔥

Michelle actually previously won this challenge in fall 2024 but faced some setbacks over the holidays.
