Burn on the Gram

It truly frustrates me that there’s this expectation that moms can never take time for themselves and are labeled as selfish when they do.
Yes, we are moms, but we are also friends, wives, partners, daughters, and so much more. We are human and every human needs time to recharge, whether that’s through reading, taking a bath, working out, etc.
So, mamas, don’t feel guilty for carving out time for yourself.
And if you choose to spend that time working out, remember that when you better yourself and your health, it’s also benefiting your family. 💜

Ladies, what we do in the gym is all about improving life outside of it. Personally, I love lifting and pushing myself to go heavier, knowing it’ll help me tackle real-life tasks (like lifting tiny humans!). 🥰😂
But really though, women have always been strong as heck, so here’s to showing that strength unapologetically, inside and out! 👏👑
We might be a little biased, but we’re definitely obsessed too. 😉 We love this review in the app store because it highlights so many key features that set Burn apart!
✨Tracking: Burn offers a unique difficulty levels feature based on progressive overload, where you level up as you hit your weight and rep goals. You can easily track your progress in real time and see your improvements as you go.
✨No guesswork needed: With 10 defined programs tailored to 3 different goals, all you have to do is open the app, start your workout, track your weights and reps, and let us handle the rest!
My take on this audio. There’s room at the table for ALL of us ladies. No matter your age or where you’re at in life, if you’re putting in the time and effort to improve yourself, you deserve some serious props.
In college and trying to stay fit despite all the work and school responsibilities you have? You got this, girl.
New mama figuring out parenthood while getting back in shape? You got this, girl.
Mom of older kids and looking to build strength to stay healthy? You got this, girl.
Working towards fitness goals is a challenge. If you’re taking even ONE step closer to hitting yours, give yourself a hug. 🫶
