Each challenge is 3 weeks long, with 4 HIIT workouts per week. Intended to be done from anywhere, there are no weights required for this challenge - all you need is a bench (or anything similar)!
Here’s the timeline:
- Round 1: Nov 11 – Nov 29
- Round 2: Dec 9 – Dec 27
