Something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is the phrase “bounce back” when it comes to women’s bodies after pregnancy.
I don’t hate it… but I don’t love it.
Because the truth is, our bodies are never going to be exactly the same after pregnancy — and that’s more than okay. We created whole human beings!! 👏
But I also know firsthand that losing weight, building muscle, and getting into the best shape of your life is absolutely possible after kids.
So if bouncing back is no more, what do we call getting back in shape? Well if you’ve tried the Burn App, you know our model is built on progressive overload, designed to have you leveling up to harder exercise variations and progressions…

Sending a hugeeee congratulations to Michelle G, the winner of our 2025 Spring Break Glutes & Abs Challenge! Michelle actually previously won this challenge in fall 2024 but faced some setbacks over the holidays. Feeling frustrated with her weight gain, she signed up for this round with full dedication and gave it her all. We could not be more proud! Check out her experience with the challenge and the Burn App below!
“I completed this challenge in the fall and had a lot of success with it. I didn’t realize just how much I had “let myself go” over the holidays, and had gained the weight back. So I decided to try it again. I think it goes without saying that IT WORKS. My before and after photos speak for themselves.   I can often feel really disheartened about my body because I feel like I’ve been working to change it my entire life.
