Subscribed via App Store (iOS)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find and tap Burn
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Subscribed via Google Play (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu (three lines) then Subscriptions
  3. Find and tap Burn
  4. Tap Cancel subscription
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions
