I recommend this app to everyone I know. I’ve worked out consistently my whole life and never had the results I was hoping for. This app completely transformed by body. The recomposition is so noticeable I get compliments all the time now. Actually seeing results has made me even more excited to go to the gym. Love this app for pregnancy
Bought this workout app as soon as I got pregnant so I had something that was safe but also that would push me each week. I have been loving it so far and will continue to use it postpartum.

JUST WHAT I NEEDED
Just started my fitness routine and this app has got me hooked. I love that you can switch up programs (if you choose to do so) and that you can play your own music while exercising. I’m also glad that this app includes weights and is not all cardio. That was a big draw for me. I can’t wait to see how toned I’ll be after a few months. Thanks, Cara!

I’ve had so many different fitness apps & the burn app blows every other one out of the water! It makes tracking progress easy & takes the guess work out of my workout! Especially when it comes to knowing what to do & form! The videos & workouts help me stay motivated & they burn in the best way- aka they work & deliver results without being too taxing! 10/10 recommend trying it! (Also try the 20 min workouts when you’re short on time they are game changers for your busy days)

I’m so glad there’s an app that gives me step by step of what to do everyday so I don’t have to think about it. Changed my life
I’ve been using Burn for almost a year now, and it has truly been the best fitness app for me. I’m currently pregnant with my fourth baby, and having Burn has made it so much easier to stay active and consistent through every season of life. The workouts are flexible, motivating, and easy to follow, and I love that I can adapt them to my energy levels. I absolutely love the Burn App! For a long time, I was feeling so bored at the gym and lacked the motivation to really push myself. With the Burn App, I got excited about working out again. Each workout really pushes me and I feel so accomplished when I leave the gym. I’ve only been using the app for a month or two, but I can already feel a difference in my body and attitude towards the gym. It’s helped me be a lot more consistent.
best pregnancy program
I am pregnant with my second baby and this program is hands down the best, easy to use, and most accessible workout plan I’ve used while pregnant. The exercises are safe yet challenging, and there is room for progressive overload and growing in your strength as the weeks go on. I absolutely love it and will stay in shape this pregnancy because of it!
Just did my first workout and it was amazing!! With 5 little kids, it’s been really hard to find time to work out, but the Burn App kicked my butt today in the best way!!! Love it and will recommend it to everyone!
Love this app!
I have been using this app for almost a year now and I love it! The progress tracker makes it so easy to know that you’re progressing in your workouts and I appreciated that the workouts are the same each week because it helps to focus on those specific muscle groups. This app has also helped me to feel more comfortable using the equipment at the gym. All around, it’s a great app and it helps me not have to think too much about what I am going to do when I work out!
